My name is Brat.  I’m a husband, father of two, basketball fan, personal development enthusiast….

For years I was blaming circumstances, blaming others and trying to find excuse for my situation and my frustrations. I’ve spend years trying to find answers. That is how I started my personal development journey and how I realized that I’m the only one to blame for the situation, the only one accountable for my actions and inactions.

Let me be clear, I’m not another self help guru who has all answers. However, I believe that successful people have something inside in common.  A common pattern of beliefs, values and motivating factors that is at the root of their success.  In one word, the mindset.
